I qualified as a chef at Colchester Institute & worked as Commis Chef at Brasserie Lipp in Zurich Switzerland & as a Chef at the University of Essex. I was also Head chef in the Officers and sergeants Mess for Sodexo on the military barracks in Colchester. I have a passion for fresh food, locally sourced & tasty cuisine. Together with my wife we decided to set up our own business and have been taking The Curry Cart, Hog Roast & Grill to events across the East Anglia region since 2009. We also specialise in Buffets for weddings, parties and funerals.
